If you appreciate a landlord that does not respect any of his tenants, doesn't sign your lease so he can change it without your knowledge, peeks through your widows, does horrible "work" if u can call it that on your appartment,says (electricity, heating, and water) is included in your rent then changes his mind bc he doesn't get enough money ig. Like seriously, the people that lived in B4, had nothing wrong with the place It looked really nice at 1st. But then he says "there are some "scratches" on the wall so I'm going to go repaint it" keep in mind that these people b4 me and my roommate even put BRAND NEW TILE throughout the ENTIRE APPARTMENT by themselves. Then when he is "done painting" you will walk in and immediately notice probably the worst "paint job" I've ever seen. I'm not even joking he painted over a f**king bug not only in the KITCHEN, but my roommates room as well. Trust me when I say you don't want to live here bc im serious I'd know I made the mistake, and btw he charge $1,884.44 I only know this bc I worked with them she also tried to warn me please do not rent/lease to this place it suck every neighbor you will have is a complete M3TH HEAD the entire complex plus outside reads of burning chemicals due to the m3th smoking AND cooking. Police are always there, landlord WILL NOT GIVE YOU OR ANYONE THE PRIVACY THAT YOU PAY FOR .1-10 I give no rating this place doesn't even deserve a star take this as a friendly warning plz don't make the same mistake we made.
