The owner charged for a service that was never delivered. He is unreliable and not honest.

Stay away from this guy! The owner of this businesses a modern day snake oil salesman. Speaks nicely although it is mostly BS (I checked afterward on his statements and they were all untrue), he made a show as he was fixing the dishwasher and charged for parts and labor - and when I checked with the next repair person, the parts that he showed me were NOT from our unit. He claimed he repaired the dishwasher, collected his fee (check or cash no credit cards) promised to email me the invoice and disappeared toward the setting sun. After he left I turned on the dishwasher and it still was not working. I called him numerous times but he never answered. I called him from work (a different caller ID) he picked up, he did not apologized, BS me that he would order parts and would return when he would receive these parts. That was the last time we heard from him We called Doyle's Appliance Service Group and they came immediately and repaired the problem.
