Personal Injury and General Litigation Law Office Phillip C. Gilbert & Associates opened for business in March of 1995, in Gresham, Oregon. Then, and still today, our practice focuses on representing individuals with personal injury claims (i.e. injury claims arising from automobile accidents, trucking accidents, uninsured motorist accidents, etc.). We also handle various general and business litigation matters. I am admitted to the state bars in Oregon and Washington, and to several federal courts as well as the United States Supreme Court. Our office is located in Gresham, Oregon but we have handled cases in virtually every city and county in Oregon, including: Portland; Clackamas, Boring; Sandy; Fairview; Wood Village; Estacada; Damascus; Oregon City; Woodburn; Canby; Salem; Albany; and The Dalles, to name just a few. We also represent persons injured in accidents occurring in the State of Washington.
