Bill Rhiley
This company under apprased our property when doing a "driveby" appraisal by $30,000. This caused us to have to have a larger interest rate, higher points, and had to buy the 1% mortgage insurance that we would not have had if they had at least appraised it at the conservative county appraisal amount. Ruined our financial day.
