John Bowers and his wife were delivering rock to a job near our home in SW Cedar Rapids. They were driving down our gravel road so fast that our 16 year old Daughter had to pull off the road to avoid being run off. Rocks pelted her car while she was stopped and busted her windshield. When confronted with this, Bower's refused to pay the claim saying they were not responsible. They called it a "road hazard". I feel that Bower's trucking is the road hazard.
