Lowery's Jewrlry in Shelby, NC has been one of the best experiences I have had with a business. They bend over backwards and are so kind. They took care of me and what I was looking for in one day. I HIGHLY recommend Lowery's for anything jewelry .

Dropped piece of jewelry off to be repaired. Owner never called to say it was ready. I went by to check on it and he said it was just completed (Yeah, sure). After inspecting i noticed something was missing. He said he would have it ready in 2-3 more days and would call me. Its been 7 weeks and still no call.
I would not recommend this jewelry repair store. Very poor service
