I utilized this inspector in conjunction with buying my property in Gastonia. The initial inspection by Mr. Robinson was pretty thorough. After seller had termite damage repaired I called Mr. Robinson and set up a second inspection to ensure that the extensive termite damage had been properly repaired. At the time I had a cast on my leg and could not crawl under the house. He came out from under the house with a thumbs up, all is good. After my leg healed I crawled under there and low and behold, right there in plain sight, unrepaired termite damage. Two runs of floor joists were comepletely lacking in a subfloor for a span of more than 10 feet. Well, it was there, but not where it should have been, as in supporting the finished floor but on the ground in front of me in small pieces. Imagine how I felt to pay this fellow hundreds of dollars for the inspection when I later had to come out of my pocket to fix the subfloor which by the way also required tearing up the finished floor. This fellow cost me a lot of money. I definitely would not use this inspector again given my experience. Look elsewhere if you value your money.
