I was really put off by how rude the owner of this company was In early November I stopped by his shop to get some quotes on material letting him know I was going to do the work myself. His material was three times more expensive than the same thing offered online, so naturally ended up buying elsewhere. I saved $4,000.00. I appreciated his helpfulness at the time because he spent about 15 minutes with me. I just moved to the area and would love to support local businesses but I knew this wasn't my opportunity. Fast forward about 2 months later I called for recommendation on someone who can help me hook up my system. The owner very rudely dismissed me telling me to go elsewhere. While I could understand his frustration I would never treat a customer that way in a million years. I still need plenty of materials and now there is no chance I would ever step foot in his store. I would advise everyone else to look online and shop around to avoid getting ripped off and treated like garbage.
