DO NOT use Sunrise Team Escrow for your Escrow company. The office is unorganized with papers all over the desks and floors. The staff is hard to get a hold of or even understand. They tell you one thing and do another. They don't have any forethought in the process and make you send multiple wire transfers instead of just one, costing me an additional $80 in fees I never needed to pay. I was so glad when i was finished with escrow, because I never had to deal with them again. I would not even recommend this company to my worst enemy.
