Wells Fargo Bank should model themselves after Genesis Capital Group! By far the most efficient and knowledgeable staff I have ever used when funding our new tractor/trailers. I had traditionally used banks for years but when Genesis contacted me their rates were significantly better than my traditional sources. That was the beginning of a long relationship with Genesis and what is most impressive is their technology platform. It makes the process easy from start to finish where I can get a quick update in a matter of moments. It is probably why their programs are so cost effective. If you are looking for financing on equipment Genesis Capital Group is your go to company! I always read reviews on the internet before I use a company out of state. The reviews on Genesis were so good so I took a chance. The experience far exceeded expectations. Their level of commitment to the customer is huge. I was referred to Genesis Capital and Ibrahim for financing from my vendor who was selling the equipment. I told I already had a bank I normally work with and did not really need anyone else. He told me just take a look at what Genesis can do and no harm if I choose not use them. I called Genesis and within 30 minutes I was approved for $239K and they were ready to go. At the same time my bank told me they wasn't more tax returns and other information and would get back to me within a few days. I went with Genesis and the whole process took 2 days to get my machine ordered. They also way more competitive than my bank was. I thanked my vendor for the referral and all he said was I told you so, everybody I refer to Genesis to loves them. Well I am a fan now too.

It started out as with me needing to finance a new forklift and has since become a true partnership. I simply make a phone call to Christina whenever I need a new piece of equipment and the deal is basically done from there/ I have gotten to know their entire team over the years and I wish I could share this review with the whole business world to give the credit they deserve.
