Absolutely terrible. John does nothing but take your money upfront and reformat what you already have to look like something only he would like. He offers to put it on a disk for you and keep a copy for a year for an additional fee. Oh, and he'll print you a few copies on pretty paper. He is completely outdated and adds no value on your search for a new job. Nothing about his approach or contributions to the task are current or relevant in the times we live in. Don t waste your money.
