James H.02/07/2016 [1 of 5 stars] I had a similar experience as other reviewers. Doug's son lost or sold the grass catcher on my mower. Doug yelled at his son and then turned to me and said I couldn't prove I brought it in with one. I was forced to pay cash to get the rest of my mower back. I can't believe this guy is still in business. He has also been taken to court by countless people. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable repair shop. Stay away from these guys. Gave him $200 cash for a $150 bill-he told me I was a piece of sh*t and to get out of his shop, that I was worthless and didn't pay my bills all the while he had my cash in hand! He tried to refuse to give me back my tractor after I paid him. Cussing, ranting and raving in front of my child. Overpriced repair on engines and cant even get a belt for a lawn mower. Lol. Thats pretty sad! Deffinitely wouldnt suggest it to anyone and am deffinitely not ever going again myself...
