A & E Auto Sales has recently conducted business in an illegal manor that is unethical and results in the manipulation and extortion of the consumer’s money. Recently A & E Auto sales sold a car to a young couple that had mental disabilities for $900.00 cash down. The couple did not have any of the required legal documentations to purchase the vehicle. Despite this the dealership still offered the couple a deal. They took the couples money and wrote them a contract that did not match the original copy that was given to them. They did not find this out until hours later when the company came and repossessed the car. In less than 24 hours the company repossessed this car! The couple called in that morning because they did not understand why the company had repossessed the car after they had just put down $900.00. When confronted the dealership denied the existence of this original contract and insolently dismissed the couple. This company has extorted $900.00 from a young and disabled couple when they were aware that the couple did not fully understand the contract despite the fact that this same contract is not even identical to the original copy that was given to the couple. The company still has denied the contracts existence and told the young and disabled couple, “If you call the news station make sure to tell us so we can where our best attire”. The company continues to make a mockery of the everyday consumer. This company has demonstrated discrimination, is conducting
