This contractor installed a new paved walkway for us as well as some retaining walls around trees. Also we hired them to build a screened porch and a deck because they offered a 10-year warranty! Initially we liked the work they did but then some defects developed with both walkway and the deck. When we asked them to correct the problems under the warranty, they offered various excuses to avoid fixing the issues. First it was scheduling problem, then bad weather, then they said they needed to finish other projects first. Finally we were told that they are going out of business in Virginia. They never fixed the problems under the warranty. Once you pay, you will never see them again.
