From my personal experience with Bonnie Ferrall is that she is very inept at her role as Parental Coordinator. From my personal experience she will tell you one thing on the phone and do completely the opposite in her PC ruling. This is a women that I believe is very easily manipulated by the party that has the most money. If you do not pay her all her monies owed she will take you to court and have contempt paperwork filed on by her attorney. If you do not pay then you will be placed under contempt and thrown in jail until you can pay. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend staying as far away as possible from any services that Bonnie Ferrall and the Parenting Services of Chapel Hill may provide. However if you have thousands upon thousands of dollars to burn and can afford to buy PC decisions then I would recommend Bonnie Ferrall and the Parenting Services of Chapel Hill.
