Their construction foreman is the biggest liar and fast talker. Be very careful!!! Got away with charging me for items I didn't approve in writing nor get. Took extra silestone that I paid for and I'll bet will resell like they do with the extras in their shop in the back of the office. Excavator took my trees and gave to friend of his without my approval. Too many things to list. I would not advise using. I've been in the house two months and still haven't had them finish punch list. Once they get their money, you are out of luck! When I did try to get back money, the owner Ian put a lien on my home!!! Not as nice as they'd like you to believe.
