This company is the worst that I have ever seen they never respond to my request about their product also can not call them all call's go to a automated system that says the mailbox is full I will not be getting their product anymore the Criss cross original pipe tobbaco is eather to dry or to moist to use

My daughter-in-law recently had a BAD experience with "southern steel maximum flavored pipe tobacco". She was cut by 1 of 2 razor blades found in a 6oz bag. she and my son both wrote to the company for no other reason than to let them know what happened, and the company's only response was "there are no razors used in our facility, therefore not possible for that to happen. We kept the bag and the "RAZORS" and we would like a furthur investigation. Just because there are no RAZORS used in that facility does not mean that someone couldnt bring them there and put them in a bag. The bag of tobacco did not have any openings for the blades to be placed there after leaving the company. Reason to believe that they were put in the bag there. does this company not care about their customers? Just a warning to tobacco consumers , watch out when reaching into a bag to roll a smoke or fill a pipe!
