I just called because my daughter is having a black mold issue. The man who answered was rude, arrogant, ignorant, stated he is a high paid consultant and insinuated I am basically an idiot. I am a PhD in industrial organizational psychology. If you have this type of person answering your phone calls and treating potential clients (who bring revenue in) like this, your company needs an overhaul in education on consumerism. This man is a black eye to your company and should be written up, given sensitivity training, and never allowed to answer the phone. I will never contact this company for any business and will always refer people away from here. What a horrible experience. I feel sorry for people without education that may take this man seriously and become so depressed and scared by what he says they find themselves on the streets. This man is a menace to society and should be fired.
