I have been a customer of Sun Irrigation for the past 15 years and I have yet to have a problem. Along with the good service they have the lowest prices in my area.

After meeting with Mark to get an estimate, I realized right away he puts a lot of emphasis on customer satisfaction. The installation and quality of workmanship on our new sprinkler system was phenomenal! Mark and his team were neat, respectful and very thorough. They took the time to answer our questions and ensure we had a clear understanding of how to operate the system. I have confidently recomended Sun Irrigation to a number of friends and relatives. Absolutely did not have a good experience with Sun Irrigation. After calling several times this afternoon, I finally got through to a woman at Sun Irrigation who informed me of the "possibility" that I won't be visited by the service technicians as they are having a "problem day." Furthermore, the woman reminded me how the company feels obliged to serve their older customers first and explain how given the warm weather many of those older customers were calling for service. However, when I made the appointment two weeks ago, I was unaware I would be getting on line with other, more entitled customers. How insulting! Although I said that I was also looking to become a good customer that didn't seem to help change her position. So I lost my Saturday waiting and waiting and my lawn will now have to be watered manually until I can get a responsible company out to my property. Given my first impression of their attitude about not keeping appointments, not even bothering to contact the customer who is waiting, and how new customers are basically treated, I suppose I'm lucky not have not gone past this point with this organization. Clearly, Sun Irrigation is an unreliable company that I am glad I will not have any association with. Pacific Lawn, I hear, always treats customers in the same manner. Rafael Rafael

If you are looking for a quality, top notch irrigation company for installations and service look no further. I had an 11 zone, fairly involved system installed by Sun Irrigation in October and couldn't be happier. You deal directly with the owner, Mark who designs the system and is hands on during the installation and servicing. He is experienced, competent and a real pleasure to work with, as is his wife Debbie, who runs the office and his entire crew. Their prices are great as well. I only wish everyone I hire to do work at my house is as professional, qualified and personable as they are. You will not be sorry if you choose Sun Irrigation.
