He started as a working superintendent and now currently estimates, negotiates and manages the projects for which he and his team undertake. His portfolio consists of: retail centers, public and private schools, churches, post offices, low and mid-rise office buildings, grocery stores, fuel centers, banks, assisted living projects, doctor's offices, tenant finishes, corporate parks, light industrial buildings, drug stores and big box retail. He currently manages and schedules the design-build projects for DHM. Using his experience to assist the client in the pre-planning and design phase, he is able to foresee design issues which could cause potential delays and unnecessary costs to a project. Our CEO was introduced to the construction industry by his Father, over 36 years ago. Over the years, he has gained a deep understanding of the various roles held in the construction industry. His career began from the humble beginnings as a carpenter, from which he diligently worked throughout the industry as a superintendent to project manager and then estimator, towards his current role of CEO for DHM Construction, Inc. While specializing in interior Build-outs, he has numerous years of in depth experience with ground up construction, including: big box retail, office spaces, churches, grocery stores, doctor offices, bank renovations, restaurants and public works projects. This array of projects has given him a keen understanding of the uniqueness of each and every client needs. With this understanding, he is able to guide clients towards their budget goals and value engineers their project. Our Vice President has over 22 years experience in planning, designing and building of church facilities. His experience consists of working with the client from initial contact to handing over the keys. This includes all types of facilities from 300 seat worship centers to 5,000 seat worship centers, family life centers, office complexes and complete relocation of entire facilities. He has a well developed knowledge of the church market, and his extensive experience allows him to understand and accommodate the needs of your church and ministries.
