2-12-12 Dear Pepsi Bottling Ventures of Statesville: Recently while visiting the Mooresville area, I learned that Pepsi Ventures of Statesville would be discontinuing DIET Mountain Dew Code Red. For several years I drove OUTSIDE my local area either to Bethlehem (Alexander County) to a Lowes Foods (with a Hickory address but inside Alexander County) which is serviced by Pepsi Bottling Ventures of Statesville. Until recently this Lowes Foods has had DIET Mountain Dew Code Red and was not but 2 miles from Hickory, so I drove there to purchase Diet Mtn. Dew Code Red. Also, I have driven to Ingles in Statesville and Harris Teeter in Mooresville in which I could purchase DIET Mtn. Dew Code Red. Now I am finding out that you are dropping my favorite soft drink !!! I have created a facebook page AND a webs.com page in an effort to get support for DIET Mtn. Dew Code Red. I hope you will offer DIET Mtn. Dew Code Red again as I plan to do whatever I must to get my favorite soft drink back. A dozen flavors of Mtn. Dew and none of the "NEW" flavors sell more than Diet Code Red so why stop a soft drink that I like ? Please reconsider.......................................
