I had a bad experience with them. I took in my daughter's computer to have the hard drive erased and have a new version of Linux put on. When we got it back it would not let us log in asking for a password when there had never been a password before. When I called I was told there wasn't a password when clearly on my end there was. I was told to bring it back in but would charged for any work. Not acceptable.
