ABS Alarm Company opened its doors in November 1999 to serve the alarm needs of Northern California. The owner, Doug Anderson, had been in the alarm industry for over 20 years and, after witnessing a decline in overall customer service with brand-name providers, he decided to start his own company. It was his goal to offer customers personal service and quality installations.
