For those that live in or around the Seattle, Tacoma, Graham, and maybe even Olympia Washington Area and are looking for a plumber, or contractor..... DO NOT USE BILL REYNOLDS PLUMBING AKA REYNOLDS PLUMBING AKA REYNOLDS CUSTOM PLUMBING ... This WAS THE WORST experience ever! Our son-in-law works for a plumbing supply company, and we needed to have some work done (bathroom refurbishment) in our house. (We rent this house) Our son-in-law knew a contractor that came to the company he works for, so he came to our house, seemed nice enough and that he could do the work, so we got a bid. (Never in writing!) We kept telling Mr. Reynolds that this was not to be a favor we wanted a written bid and invoice, and we wanted the work done. Our son-in-law also, told Mr. Reynolds that this was not to be a favor it was to be a legitimate JOB. We had all the materials it was the labor that we needed. Mr. Reynolds never sent us the bid or invoice that we repeatedly asked for, the work took months to finish - making it so that my daughter and her family could not use the main bathroom during that time! We kept acting in good faith because it was someone my son-in-law knew. Mr. Reynolds asked for payment and said the work would be finished soon. Again, in good faith we paid him $4,250 in a check he requested to be made out to his son, Dalton Reynolds! (I believe this was to skirt having to pay taxes) Still the work was not getting finished. Our Son-in-law found many things that were not done right! Holes in a wall that they made when removing part of the shower surround. Put the new surround in incorrectly and crooked. It had to be reinstalled! Did a poor caulk job which my son-in-law discovered. The caulk around the base of the surround is all giving away and has water behind it and mold! We are still fixing things that were done poorly or just plain WRONG! This man is a crook and if you look at his history you find that he has not kept up his contractor license and disbanded his company and he is still doing work, although I am amazed anyone hires him! We have pictures, we have phone texts, and people who can vouch for our complaint! He has been reported to the Better Business Bureau!
