HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPNAY TO ANYONE!!! Very unprofessional & extremely rude and unknowledgeable. Will try to replace good working parts due to very low knowledge of diagnosing. Was told by Lance Crist, I needed a new ABS MOdule, had vehicle for 6 days, after 6 days of NO vehicle, and I was very clear this was my only means of transportation, he charged me $204.42, for supposed diagnosing. Took vehicle to Tires Plus at 74th & Metcalf, had issue fixed completely in less then 2.5hrs, it was the Right Front Hub Assembly, and my ABS Light hasnt come on since, Tires Plus verified the code to me for my issue, and was extremely helpful, communicative and professional in everyway! Lance Crist was trying to charge me for a good working ABS Module, and quoted me a price of $640 for used, $991 for a new ABS Module both prices reiterated by Lance was w/o labor! Turned him into the Better Business Bureau, due to charging me the $204.42 for supposed diagnosing charges, when he DID NOT diagnose the correct issue and wasted my time. Octavia & Lance tried to portray me as a disgruntled customer, and even now claim, he was going to charge me $500 w labor for a used ABS Module, which he even wrote in the report that they were getting it from a Salvage yard. Had a friend whom was going to a Auto Salvage yard over in MO. verify the price for an ABS Module for my vehicle, the cost total was only $55, that is one heck of a markup on Lances end! Not from a Reconditioning Company!
