Their ability to estimate the amount of time it takes to repair a car is horrible. First they said the repair would take a week and then every day for another week, they said it would be done that afternoon or the next day. Now two and a half weeks later, they are still unsure when it will be done. How can they be within a day of being done so many times yet never quite finish it? Their excuse now is that they have subcontracted part of the job out., so the job is out of their hands and they have no control over how long it will take. I talked with two different guys and both gave me the same run around and the same don t call us, we ll call you attitude. Don t go here unless you can be without your vehicle for a long time.
