Pfund Construction is in charge of the construction site in Edwardsville at the old police station, and I work right next door. The iron workers that were present earlier this year were welding and plasma cutting letting hot metal particulates fall from the 5 story tall building. This completely ruined most of the clear coat on my personal vehicle, and 3 other vehicles in my work parking lot. I have gotten a quote for $2,600 for my vehicle alone. I make $57,000 a year before taxes and after overtime and my $40,000 car is now essentially worthless, it looks absolutely horrible. Kevin Nesselhauf is the man in charge at pfund and he and his company is refusing to pay for damages or set things straight. Pfund has absolutely no regard for safety (they caused a severe fire at the same construction site) and absolutely do not care about who or what they damage in the process. Shame on this company and shame on Kevin Nesselhauf. I'm just a working man that wants the damage they caused fixed, not a dollar more or a dollar less. I simply cannot afford to fix it myself. I have filed a police report and they recommended taking this to Civil court and said I have a VERY strong case.
