I have tried to find a contact for this store manager or owner and have been unsuccessful, so I am writing here to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Madrid, Ia Subway location. I called the Subway restaurant this morning to place an order to go, more than 20 minutes before I would be able to pick the sandwich up, so that it would be ready to pick up when I arrived to pay. I got there, more than 20 minutes later, and the woman working had not even begun!! Beside that fact, I did not even end up getting the actual correct sandwich that I had ordered!! This is not my first time having a bad experience at this location. When I call something in ahead of time, because of the very nature of the service, I expect it to be done when I get there. And if the worker will not be able to do it in the expected time frame the customer should be told! The woman even admitted to me that she had put off starting the sandwich. I do not plan on eating here again any time soon.

I called the Subway restaurant this morning to place an order to go, more than 20 minutes before I would be able to pick the sandwich up, so that it would be ready to pick up when I arrived to pay.
