I made a purchase Jan 15, 2012 @ 9:09 am for $16.19. I was charged twice for the puchase. I am sure it was an accident. My bank told me to try to resolve it with the store first. I called and left a message on 1/18/2012 around 11:30am, I then called @ 2:30 on 1/18/2012. I talked to the rudest person who says he was the manager, I wanted to slap him through the phone. I told him I was charged twice and I had my reciept. He said to bring it in, I stated that I live about 160 miles round trip. He said that is not his problem, Its my problem and if I wanted it resolved I should drive up there to be credited. Kind of redicules to spend $60 in gas to be credited for $16.19. Need to teach proper costomer service to your employees I will just file a claim with my bank.
