I am not a fan. Philip screwed up my 2008 taxes and will not return my phone calls. He left off one of my w-2 forms when completing my taxes. All I want to do is talk with him, but his staff keep saying they'll give him my message and he never calls me back. He doesn't have voicemail at his office and alot of times I call and get a busy signal, over and over. I live about an hour away from his office, so it's not like I can just drop by and try to catch him in the office. His staff tell me a lot, "oh he just stepped out". Ridiculous!
