The personnel at Sierra Shadows Realty are very difficult to get in contact with and never prompt. Kathy, the property manager, was late and did not respond to emails or phone calls. To say that the staff is incredibly unprofessional is an understatement. Kathy does not seem to care about tenants and is rude. Her daughter KD answers the phone and is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The office is appallingly messy and needs to be inspected. I would not recommend that anyone use this company.
