Bad experience... We had Jason install carpets throughout our upstairs this past May 2013. Here are the many reasons we are Dissatisfied: * Carpet seams are evident across the floors in the master bedroom *Carpet quality is very poor *Tack strips come through the carpet in all secured areas thresholds, bay windows, etc. which means your bare feet will get punctured from the sharp tacks or it will make your knees bleed if you are a child *Carpet pieces were left for homeowner to dispose of *Job was left messy for example doors all needed to be cleaned due to dirty hand prints on both sides all over the doors- carpet pieces all over the house * The job included the basement and he re-pieced an existing carpet which was put in with the pile going the wrong way We contacted Jason two weeks after the job was complete and his response was "You got what you paid for in relation to quality. He stated that the seams were"on him" and he would contact us to repair them...it is November and we are still waiting! We paid close to $6,000.00 for the carpet and installation. It was a large job but as Jason put it..."You got what you paid for" so I would NOT recommend Jason the carpet guy!!!

I have just had my carpet replaced throughout the entire house using Jason and his crew. Jason made the entire process so easy and effortless from picking out colors to installation. We thought the job would take days because of the furniture to move and nowhere to put it. He was able to get the job done in 1 day making life easy. I highly recomend jason and refer him to friends and family constantly with nothing but good things said and much thanks givin
