Called for appointment on Wednesday and said he would be there next day at 1pm. 1:15pm no show. Called again and he said he never talked to me. Said he'd be at my place in an hour. 4 hours later I'm still waiting. Called again and no one would answer the phone. My impression of them is very unprofessional to say the least. I will find another company to fix my washer and would recommend anyone else to do the same.
