I used Allstate Corporate Services for publishing requirements several years ago and had a good experience and that is why I went to them again for filing of paperwork. Unfortunately, this last experience was a complete nightmare. I went to them on December 1 about dissolving a business BEFORE December 31 so I would not have to pay additional taxes in the new year. I was assured a dozen time they would meet the deadline. I submitted the order and called numerous times in December. Each time I called I was assured it was no problem and they would meet the deadline. Let's fast forward 3 months. By the end of February, I had an email that it was complete and they would send me the paperwork, when I didn't receive the paperwork via email I called only to find out they they NEVER filed any paperwork to dissolve the business. Image my horror of being LIED to and all the wasted time of emails and phone calls to them checking on the status (I called at least 2 times a week for 3 months). Here's the kicker - I filed the paperwork myself (it was so easy) and had the business dissolved in under 30 days. My advice - save yourself the stress and headache and don't use them as all you'll get is a run around, a bunch of excuses and no call back.
