This company is one big joke and their techs are so rude it is horrifying, I had a sofa repaired which was under warranty and they sent me the worse tech out ever. Long story short, the man called me a liar, told me my children had to be obese since their ages are 20 and 13 and they don't jump on the furniture like he told me at first. Didn't take the time to look at my love seat, because his words I spent too much time at your house already, then shook out his work blanket all over thousands of dollars of hard wood flooring, which I had to sweep up. Neve again would I use this company or even recommend them to anyone else to go through this horrible ordeal I had to endure!! The company has never called me to say sorry, nothing from them. Beware their work might be good, but the techs are rude and nasty!!!!!!!
