Tim is a Miracle worker! We had two floors that had been damaged by water! Tim came to give us an estimate and said, let me try to fix it. Well, the rest of the story is wonderful. His son, Mark and his associate Dan, came, tackled the floors, and in three days, what was ugly is now beautiful! All I can say, is they did a fantastic job, quickly, with no dust, and left the most beautiful floors in the city. I would use them over and over, trust worthy, effective and most reasonable when it comes to cost. Impressive work. Very Kind and forthright. Thank you, Tim, Mark and Dan.
