J & T Securities, aka Blackhawk Securities is the worst security company you can possibly get entangled with. J & T security co. does the security in my senior citizens apt. building. They have been on the job here in our Syracuse apt building since early spring. There are two guards, one is named Mike, who are professional and courteous. The rest of this group are rude to tenants, spread rumors, refuse to help in any fashion from holding the door open for a lady or care about complaints made by tenants. The owner is the worst of them. He has no use for women. Considering his origin of birth, I am not surprised.Women are not held in any regard. The owner is rude and crude. Refuses to have a conversation regarding the actions of his guards. I called him to report that a guard had called me a racist. The owner told me he did not care and did not have time for me. I tried being polite, but it was impossible. Not only was I just walking by the guard desk, the comment was completely out of the blue. His guards refuse to help, they have no manners and go out of their way to create trouble. This particular company was owned by a large well respected organization that would never tolerate the behavior of the guards and employees of this offshoot. Don.t use this company.
