My name is Kayla and my husband is Ryan. We have four kids and have bought several items from Furniture Row in Grand Forks, ND. We had a problem with our kitchen table. It wouldn't open and when it finally did it wouldn't close. Called the store and without question they sent someone out to the house to look at it and ended up replacing it. I was soo amaized and thankful. Now our love seat has a broken support and they are on top of that and getting it replaced. They are always soo kind while shopping there and always willing to help when there is a problem. I have never seen customer care like I have at Furniture Row and I thank you and appreciate it more than you will ever know. Only thing we regret is buying our bed somewhere else!
