Sid does a good job promising the moon and performing in the beginning of the project. One needs an unlimited time and patience to see the project completed as well as attention to details to check on each detail every day. As the project comes close to completion, Sid's workers contract mysterious illnesses and disappear for long periods of time. Sid charges a lot and then nickel-and-dimes on details. He failed to appear to at least half of the meetings he set for discussing the next steps; as a result, multiple mistakes were made. Multiple tiles his workers installed have cracks, dents and chipped edges. When this situation was brought to Sid's attention, he said that the defects are part of the tile design and that the store sold it this way. He wants to be paid for correcting his mistakes and gets angry when his mistakes are identified to him. My contract indicated that the project will be completed January 31; it is June 25, and I am hiring people to fix things left broken.
