Next to Nature has proven to be a very effective product for me. I have used it for several years and I depend on it to gently relieve my chronic constipation. I have used Next to Nature daily for 10-12 years. I had been taking 4-6 other fiber pills daily with little or no relief from constipation. This product works wonders for me. I take one pill before going to bed. When I first stated using this product I needed 2 pills each day. I have taken the product to my doctors and they told me it was safe....."use it if it works".
