Horrible experience, would never use this company again or recommend anyone use this company. You can find the same the same quality for less money. Company is disorganized lacks communication, and makes promises it cannot keep. Price you are quoted s the price you pay regardless. Company overestimates many things 8 of 35 fire bricks and 2 of 6 cubic yards of mulch. As far as pricing, our fire pit was double what we found it for on the Internet. We were told it was the shipping price. Owner promised aeration of side lawn, never happened. We requested itemized bill, told we would send it, never happened. In communication department, company could not call us to say project was delayed nor dd they let us know they were finished. Disorganization includes saying all materials were on hand prior to start of the project to find out fire pit lacked pieces which took additional nine days to get in.
Owner threatened to put a lien on our house after only five days after recieving invoice and having more work that needed to be done.
You can do much better for less money.
