This is a HORRIBLE company. They came out and "cleaned" my main a couple of months again and then I had an independent sewer scope company come out and video my main (they don't clean so there is no conflict of interest) and was told that I have excessive root blockage in my main. When I asked the company to come out and rescope they refused and told me that were not obligated to do anything and then was verbally assaulted by both Bert and his wife. Terrible, terrible people please be aware of these people!!! DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME!!! They don't do what they say there are going to do.
