I cannot say enough nice things about John and Little Guys Carpet cleaning. They have restored my faith in human kindness. I was not an existing customer when I called John needing an emergency clean of a large blood spot on the carpet. My dad who has advancing Alzheimer’s fell that morning and sliced his head open requiring an ambulance ride and 11 staples in his head. I called him late morning and he apologized that he couldn’t come right away, because he was out on a job and had a full day, but he would make room for me between his last two customers. He and his partner came to the house in the late afternoon, and worked for 1 ½ hours on the carpet pulling it up, cleaning the pad and the subfloor and then reinstalling the carpet. They then proceeded to clean the entire hall and large staircase before he left because he noticed that they were in need of cleaning. When they were done, I thanked him and got out my checkbook to pay. He said, “Put that away, I can’t take your money today, you and your family have been through enough and if I can do just a little bit to make your life a little easier, I’m happy to do it.” I will forever be a customer of Little Guys Carpet Cleaning. I am so thankful that there are such honorable and kind businessmen out there like John and his partner with Little Guys. SC from Arvada
