We are in the process of renovating 3 bathrooms and were told by relatives to visit The Tile Shop in Wilmington, DE for ideas because they have many displays. We intended visiting The Tile Shop for ideas and then going to another shop closer to home to purchase our tile. Sherece Gardener, a designer at The Tile Shop, helped us choose our tiles for the first bathroom. Sherece was so helpful, professional and knowledgable. We decided to make all our purchases at The Tile Shop so we could utilize Sherece' expertise. I am a contractor and must say Sherece is the most professional sales person that I have dealt with in a long time. She makes me feel that she appreciates my business. Her follow up is superb. She emailed the Order Summary the day we visited The Tile Shop and then called to make sure we received it. There are tile shops much closer to our home, but we feel it is worth it to travel a longer distance so we can utilize Sherece' expertise and help!

The Human Resource Department is absurd. They work significantly harder at making their employees lives miserable then being helpful in any way, shape, or form. We have spent 2 years with them trying to get our child on our Health Insurance plan, and coincidently, as soon as we find a way to do it, we are too late. The director doesn't even have the common decency to speak to us about it, and pushes it off on her assistant. Had she had the ability to pick up the phone and speak to us directly, this could have been resolved 2 years ago. Instead we are still going in circles with them, with zero progress, a ton of time wasted and a LOT of frustration and anger. This company would probably have a significantly less turn around rate in staff if their human resource department realized what their job was it and spent a fraction of their time actually HELPING their staff, like they are supposed to.
