We are in the process of renovating 3 bathrooms and were told by relatives to visit The Tile Shop in Wilmington, DE for ideas because they have many displays. We intended visiting The Tile Shop for ideas and then going to another shop closer to home to purchase our tile. Sherece Gardener, a designer at The Tile Shop, helped us choose our tiles for the first bathroom. Sherece was so helpful, professional and knowledgable. We decided to make all our purchases at The Tile Shop so we could utilize Sherece' expertise. I am a contractor and must say Sherece is the most professional sales person that I have dealt with in a long time. She makes me feel that she appreciates my business. Her follow up is superb. She emailed the Order Summary the day we visited The Tile Shop and then called to make sure we received it. There are tile shops much closer to our home, but we feel it is worth it to travel a longer distance so we can utilize Sherece' expertise and help!

The Human Resource Department is absurd. They work significantly harder at making their employees lives miserable then being helpful in any way, shape, or form. We have spent 2 years with them trying to get our child on our Health Insurance plan, and coincidently, as soon as we find a way to do it…

The Human Resource Department is absurd. They work significantly harder at making their employees lives miserable then being helpful in any way, shape, or form. We have spent 2 years with them trying to get our child on our Health Insurance plan, and coincidently, as soon as we find a way to do it, we are too late. The director doesn't even have the common decency to speak to us about it, and pushes it off on her assistant. Had she had the ability to pick up the phone and speak to us directly, this could have been resolved 2 years ago. Instead we are still going in circles with them, with zero progress, a ton of time wasted and a LOT of frustration and anger. This company would probably have a significantly less turn around rate in staff if their human resource department realized what their job was it and spent a fraction of their time actually HELPING their staff, like they are supposed to.

I have installed cappuccino polish marble tiles in two of my bathrooms and was told that they did not have all the skirting pieces in stock. They told me that I would be getting the skirting pieces in three weeks as they are on backorder. This was in May - it is now almost August and they still don't know when I will receive these pieces. I have a construction loan and unless my tile work is done I can not install my cabinets and plumbing fixtures - thus will not get an occupany permit!!!! please can someone at your company tell me how much longer I need to wait for the 31 pieces of skirting? This is getting ridiculous!

We would like to compliment Garrett Schneider for patience in trying to help up find a tile to go well with existing marble in our master bath. He worked very hard to find the right tile to go with our 20 yr. old cultured marble. It was a greater challenge than we invisioned. So far we have not been successful, but it is certainly not do to lack of trying on Garrett's' part. Over then years colors in vogue change . We may have to go to plan B. Tile Shop Bullet Points. 1) Kent tapping into employees sales commissions to make their goals. 2) Shipping pallets to Kent’s home in order to get paid out and make sales quota. 3) James stealing shower heads from the store displays. 4) Bill Donnies order went to Gorges home to get paid out. 5) Rajesh Madabeshi made a known complaint about the management staff on how he was treated. I helped him with an order that closed for a total of about $2500.00 and I was told he sent a letter stating the great experience he had with me
