I was given your #3720 Garden Arch bird feeders for my birthday in may 2012. I have had a constant battle with large birds and squirrelsknocking off the base with the perch ring. They have now taken the ring and hidden it so I can no longer fill and feed the birds. Would you please send me a new base. I am determined to win this war with the animals but I need your help. I am writing to complain about a product of yours. I purchased the Hummingbird nectar sugar concentrate this spring. I had no hummingbirds come to my feeders for over a month after replacing the nectar every week. I finally gave up and gave the remaining mixture to my mother who lives in Wisconsin and puts out 5 feeders she has so many hummingbirds and they would not drink the nectar. After this I put sugar/water mixture in my feeders and then I finally have hummingbirds. The product you sell does not work - please look into this. Thank you.

Instead of mix ? parts of water to ? parts of nectar. It would be much better if the mixing instructions were clearer, like one cup of nectar to one quart of water. I will NOT buy your product again, because the humming birds have stopped feeding at my feeders since I started using your product. [email protected]
