Had to worst experence Ive ever had order flowers online after picking what flowers I wanted checked out it ask me delivery date I picked same day got confirmatio email stating that it would be delivered same day to my surprise it was not delivered called next day to see why and when they would be delivered she says i dont know why the n tried to tell me I was informed in my conformation it would not be till next day ,so i looked it over and no it said it would be delivered same day. She said I will have to ckeck my email then did you still want them ,I said yes relungtively as she insited it was my error not hers ,she then asked for my phone number to call me back on, igave it to her.After a hour or better went by she calls back me expecting her to tell me they got delivered ,No she says i found it you ordered them at 12 23 and we dont due same day after 12 00 thats why we didnt send them now its the next day at 10 30 she says what due you want me to due i say delevier them like i asked and paid for yesterday. That was all i wanted . But she didnt seem to care what i wanted she just wanted to make excuses why the job was not done , Here i sit with the email assuring me they would be delevered same day next day at 5 00 and no flowers . VERY POOR CUSOMER SERVICE.

NO WAY it happen to you also that exact thing happen to me but she over charged me , she thinks everone has oil money but not all of us do so when I scrape up enough to afford her high prices thats how she treats me I never went back and tell everone about it but they all say the same thing she is the only flower shop here not much we can do if we want to do something nice but she is the only one riping off this area with highway robbery.
