Rented a property through HJA Management in Hamburg, NY and the level of unprofessionalism throughout my time at the property was completely off-putting. On several occasions, when issues were brought to the landlord's attention, subpar fixes would require constant revisiting (there was an issue with bees getting into one of the bedrooms and after almost three years of renting, the bees were still an issue when I vacated the property, leaving one bedroom of the home completely unusable in my time there). Accusatory remarks were made on several occasions ("did you do something to offend someone" when asking to have locks changed as an example) and poor property maintenance became the norm. I would not recommend renting from or doing any form of business with HJA Management.
