My sister and I went to the sonic on grand in Gainesville tx yesterday and the girl who took our order was very rude cutting my sister off when she was trying to order and she didn't even repeat the order back to us. The car hop was very nice . I don't know if I will go back there or not yet. We just moved to gainesville and so far that's not a good impression. I am a manager at a fast food place myself so I know what good customer service is and that wasn't it . Hopefully you can get a better quality control on people.
