Recommend this company?! Never! Poor customer service is an understatement. They (managing director) doesn't stand by their products. Didn't work with me on a warranty issue. Had to file complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Come to find out, they have an F rating. Wish I had known that ahead of time. I was told basically the issue was my fault without even having examined the part! Never returned phone calls and the managing director even had the audacity to call me "petty" when I complained. Word of mouth is great! So is Facebook! Soon, people will be going to Riverside Pools and Spas like myself. Great people! Great service!
