NO! This company is HORRIBLE! They will NOT back their warranty or product. Do NOT waste your money. I spend around $2,000 or more for a "better" product that looks like a 10 year cheap worn out carpet within a year. This company will not stay in business too much longer if they can't make a quality product OR at least back their warranty instead of side-stepping a made up phrase that is not covered in the contract to keep them from replacing the carpet. Worst experience with any company ever. They take forever to get a response with a complaint, but it only took a few days to get a denial letter. I guess that's what happens when they just copy and past the reports to cover them. BBB, here I come to put you out of business!
